Items may be purchased from this site for delivery in any country.
All stocked items shipped and delivered within the UK will arrive within 3-10 business days. Some orders may require a signature to acknowledge delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted. If your parcel is returned to the post depot you will be responsible for collection.
All stocked items shipped and delivered outside of the UK will arrive within 6 weeks. Occasionally some orders require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for it, it is your responsibility to collect it from the post depot. If it is not collected it may be returned to us and we will hold it for 14 days. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and able to accept delivery of the product.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REST OF THE WORLD PURCHASERS
Rest of the world buyers please be aware that you are responsible for all customs duty, taxes and fees that may arise as a result of your purchase from RetroGP. You may be required to pay customs duty, taxes and fees in your country of delivery, before you can receive your item. Please note that this is your responsibility.

ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT
Before contacting Retro GP to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow the steps below:
|1||Has it been 15 working days, not including Sundays or Bank Holidays (or 45 days for international orders) since your order was despatched?|
|2||Have you contacted your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you? To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740740|
|3||Check with family, friends or work colleagues to see if they have received / signed for your order and forgotten to inform you|
In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). Please be aware that you must contact us within 60 days of the despatch date of your order if it hasn’t arrived via the postal service. Unfortunately claims for lost in transit orders after this time cannot be accepted.
There may be occasion where we will ask you to pay the shipping costs for replacement orders, especially international customers who have selected our 'Standard Mail - Not Tracked' option for delivery which is NOT tracked.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
The following Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within the UK. Retro GP wants its customers to be 100% satisfied with all products purchased through the Retro GP Sales Department. Should there be any dissatisfaction with any product purchased via Retro GP Sales Department, Retro GP will be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you within 15 days of delivery. This does not apply to personalised items or alcohol. Please send the garments to:

Once we have received the item a refund or exchange will be sent within 5 days.
By way of a restocking charge, the Buyer shall pay to Retro GP a sum equivalent to 10% of the price of the Returned Goods (at Retro GP’s discretion);
All products must be returned in a saleable condition within 15 days of the original delivery. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes. Returned product postage will be at the discretion of Retro GP.
Retro GP is committed to customer satisfaction and refunds will be made should any item of merchandise not meet your expectations. Any claim for a refund, as distinct from an exchange, should follow the guidelines outlined above. Specific reasons for a refund will greatly assist Retro GP in developing quality merchandise meeting your requirements.
Should another product be required in place of that ordered and received, an exchange for a product of similar value will occur. Any differential in price will be handled via an adjustment using the customer's credit card details. Accordingly, it is important for credit card details to be recorded on the "RETURNS/REFUND FORM". As part of the return policy the customer will only incur the cost of freight for the delivery of their initial order, any Freight costs associated with an exchange or refund will be borne by Retro GP.
Should the product purchased not be completely to your satisfaction, Retro GP will exchange the product or refund the purchase price, subject to the Refund/Exchange conditions listed above. Return of merchandise should be made via Royal Mail only and addressed to:

To ensure prompt service for all customers it is important that all returns are packaged appropriately thus preventing any in-transit damage. The "RETURNS/REFUND FORM" must accompany the returned goods, and be completed in the required level of detail. Failure to complete the form correctly may result in a delay in processing. Retro GP is committed to prompt processing of the return. Please note that when requesting a refund Credit Card details will be required as these are not kept on file for privacy reasons. Certain products are subject to age restrictions as indicated on the product page. By placing your order for any of these products, you confirm that you have reached the required age. Alcohol can only be purchased by and for individuals aged 18 or over.
All measurements are approximate and all colours are as accurate as the photographic and production process will reasonably allow.
